    If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

    The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

    Refund:

    There is no Refund Policy as we do not offer Return/Exchange due hygiene reason.

    Interpretation

    The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

    For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

    “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Umar Perfumes

    “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

    “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

    “Website” refers to umarperfumes.in, accessible from https://umarperfumes.in

    “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE:

    We recommend you to use our samples options to avoid purchasing a full bottle of a perfume you may not like.

    The supply of goods that are not suitable for return/exchange due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

    We don’t offer Return/Refund/Exchange.

    However, if You’ll Receive the Product damaged, We will definitely Replace the product.

    If you want to replace, you have to raise a replacement request within 2 days of receiving the order on WhatsApp 8655333998 or Email welcome@umarperfumes.in

    We will raise a RTO request with our courier partner. We will dispatch replaced Product next day After receiving the damaged product

    You will receive the replaced product within 3-4 business days after dispatch.

    We request to make an unboxing video of the package you receive.

    Conditions for Replace:

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replace, please make sure that:

    The goods are unused, unchanged and in the original packaging
    The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

    We reserve the right to refuse replace of any Product that does not meet the above return/replace conditions at our sole discretion.

    Replacing Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us for replacement. 

    We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
