How to Use

To Perfume the Home

Light up a charcoal and place it in an incense burner.

Then put a little piece of frankincense onto the hot coal and let it perfume the room. You can also make a fumigation, perfuming yourself and your clothes with it; to do that just take the bakhoor burner next to you for 30 to 60 seconds.

For Traditional Detox

Add a few small pieces of Luban Somali Beeyo resin to 1 liter of water.

Let the resin soak overnight, infusing the water with its essence.

Drink the infused water the following morning on an empty stomach.

Repeat daily for 5 to 7 days.

The scholar Ibn Qayyim, in his renowned work Tibb al-Nabawi (Prophetic Medicine), highlights several virtues of Luban (frankincense):
